ABOUT ME
Tony Lacaprucia
Tony Lacaprucia is a resident of Glastonbury where he lives with his wife and three children. He has been training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with Team Link since 2006, is a 3rd Degree Black Belt under Marco Alvan / Brian American and has dreamed of opening a school of his own in Glastonbury since he began instructing kids and adults as a Purple Belt. Tony loves to train and compete but most of all his passion is teaching the art that has changed his life. He is known for being extremely knowledgeable but also for having a knack for breaking down the most complex techniques in a way that everyone can understand. Tony is a multiple time NAGA Expert Division Champion and has helped contribute to Team Link’s IBJJF Boston Open Team Championships. Whether you are looking to learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for Sport or Self Defense, Tony can help you reach your goals.
